1. What Hospital Jarvis is
Hospital Jarvis is a software platform that connects patients with clinics, doctors, in-house pharmacies and labs, and keeps health records. We are not a healthcare provider. Medical advice, diagnosis, prescriptions, medicines and tests are the responsibility of the treating doctor, pharmacy and lab.
2. Emergencies
Do not use Hospital Jarvis for emergencies. In an emergency call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
3. Accounts
- Patients create their own account. Clinics, doctors, pharmacies, reception staff and labs are onboarded by Hospital Jarvis and must change the temporary PIN at first login.
- Keep your PIN secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information. We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform.
4. Fees and payments
The platform fee is ₹0 for patients, doctors, clinics, pharmacies and labs. Consultation fees, medicine bills and test charges are set by and paid directly to the provider, in cash, at their premises.
5. Bookings
- Bookings are confirmed instantly but depend on the doctor’s availability. A doctor may cancel (for example, due to leave) and you will be notified.
- Please cancel in the app if you cannot attend so another patient can use the slot.
6. Partner responsibilities
Clinics, doctors, pharmacies and labs confirm that they hold valid registrations and licenses, follow applicable medical, pharmacy and data-protection laws, and access patient information only to provide care.
7. Content and records
Prescriptions and reports are created by the treating provider. Files you upload remain yours; you give us permission to store and show them to the people described in our privacy policy.
8. Liability
The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Hospital Jarvis is not liable for medical outcomes or for the acts of providers. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
