Privacy policy

Hospital Jarvis (“we”, “us”), operated from India at hospitaljarvis.com, helps patients book doctors and keep their health records, and helps clinics, pharmacies and labs serve them. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
- Account details: name, mobile number, email (verified through Google or a one-time code), username and a hashed 4-digit PIN. We never store your PIN in readable form.
- Google sign-in: if you choose Google, we receive only your name and verified email address. We do not access your Gmail, contacts, Drive or any other Google data.
- Profile: gender, date of birth, city, blood group, allergies and family members you add.
- Health records: appointments, vitals recorded by the clinic, prescriptions, medicines, lab orders and reports, pharmacy bills, and files you upload.
- Partners: clinic, doctor, pharmacy and lab details and registration documents provided during onboarding.
- Technical: IP address and security logs used to prevent abuse.
2. How we use it
- To book appointments and send in-app reminders and updates.
- To let the doctor you booked see your history for that consultation.
- To send prescribed tests to the lab and medicines to the clinic’s in-house pharmacy you are visiting.
- To keep your lifetime health history available to you.
- To keep the service secure and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your data and we do not show advertisements.
3. Who can see your information
- You, everything in your account and your family members’ profiles.
- Doctors you book, your profile, vitals and health history, to treat you.
- Clinic reception, your name, age, phone and appointment, to check you in and record vitals.
- Clinic pharmacy, only your name, mobile number, the prescribing doctor and the medicines prescribed.
- Labs, your name, contact and the tests ordered, and they upload the report to your record.
- Hospital Jarvis administrators, only as needed to operate, verify partners and support you.
4. Storage and security
Data is stored on secured servers with encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access is role-based, PINs are hashed, repeated wrong PINs lock the account, and important actions are logged.
5. Your choices and rights
- View and update your profile and family members at any time.
- Delete records you uploaded yourself.
- Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account by writing to [email protected]. Some medical records may need to be retained where the law requires.
6. Payments
Hospital Jarvis charges no fee. Consultation, pharmacy and lab payments are made directly to the clinic, pharmacy or lab, in cash. We do not collect card or bank details.
7. Children
Accounts are for adults. Parents and guardians can add children as family members and manage their records.
8. Changes and contact
We will post updates to this page and change the date above. Questions or grievances: [email protected]. Business and partner enquiries: [email protected].
